Current Topics

We are all likely aware of the Terraces housing development process that has been underway for over 10 years. But, there have been other projects and initiatives that affect our neighborhood that have lesser awareness. For example, 

• Proposal to upzone the Living Hope Fellowship church site to 30 units/acre when it is now zoned R-10 (~4 units/acre)

• Pleasant Hill Road Multi-Use Center Median Path

• Rezoning of the Shell Gas Station and subsequent application for a car wash at the Gas Station (denied)
